We keep all data provided by our clients fully confidential and we do not share them or give them to persons outside of our company, neither against payment nor free of charge. The following exceptions apply:
- Data sharing to comply with legal requirements, court orders, legal disputes, tax audits, etc.
- Data sharing to comply with contractual obligations between the contracting parties (e.g., for subcontracting), e.g., postal services.
All persons acting on our behalf are required to comply with data protection provisions. Data transmission is done securely via SSL encryption.

Our team will do its very best to get back to you shortly and provide the expertise you are looking for. We are at your service daily from Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
When you are done shopping, all you have to do is click on the shopping cart symbol in the menu bar. This will take you to your shopping cart. You will see an overview of all the articles you have chosen to buy. You now have the option of deleting specific articles and increasing or decreasing the amount of units. The shopping cart will update accordingly to show your grand total without VAT. Once you have made your final selection, just click on "Order." In the next step, please select the option that applies to you: registered client, business client, or private client. Next, please enter your personal information. Fields marked with a red asterisk are required fields. In the next step, you can choose the payment option of your choice, e.g., invoice, cash-on-delivery, or PayPal. For shipping to destinations outside of Austria and an order volume under EUR 150.00, we charge shipping in the amount of €0,00.
After this, you have the option of reviewing your personal data. If you have correctly entered all data, please acknowledge our General Terms and Conditions. A click on the button "Order" will trigger the order process.
A few minutes later, we will e-mail you an automatically generated order confirmation. Please print this e-mail for your information and keep it.
We have divided our shop into different categories with different areas of use. The products have been listed along with the most important information. If you would like to see additional information, just click on the picture or on the product link. This will take you to the product page. On this page, you will find detailed information about the product of your choice. You have the option of downloading or printing the data sheet or directly accessing our 3D portal and purchasing the product.
If you would like to purchase the product, please enter the desired amount of units (the default option is 1 unit) and then click on the "shopping cart" button. The product will now be in your shopping cart.
Use the "log-in" button in the navigation bar to sign in as an existing client, to access your profile, or to make changes to your address. You also have the option of registering as a new client and accessing your username and password if you have forgotten your log-in information.
We will process your order immediately after we receive it. Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours in Austria and within 2 to 3 business days in the EU.
Should there be any unexpected delivery delay, we will get in touch with you immediately. You can then decide if you would like to cancel your order or if you would like to wait for the delivery. Yes, absolutely. Pursuant to the Austrian Distance Selling Act, all consumers have the right to withdraw from a sales contract for merchandise ordered online within 2 weeks after accepting the merchandise or, in the case of services, within 2 weeks of ordering.
We kindly request you to return the merchandise to us in flawless condition and in its original packaging.

In our store, payment for private customers is by cash on delivery, Paypal or prepayment, business customers can buy on account, here a credit check is carried out. If payment is made in advance, the goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment. With Click and Collect, cash payment or payment by debit card on collection is also possible.
For items that weigh up to 31.5 kilos, our default shipping option is delivery through DPD. Items that exceed 31.5 kilos are handled by the Gebrüder Weiss freight forwarding service.
To sign in to our shop, you need your username and the associated password. This log-in information allows you to access all the data saved for your profile. If you are an existing client, your username will be the same as your e-mail address. The password was chosen by you. If anything has changed and you experience problems accessing your data, please e-mail us your data: info@rollenbau.at.
